New Hips for Adam Green!

Adam needs our help!!  He has been experiencing severe pain in his  back and hips and has recently found out that he has osteoarthritis in both hips, and needs 2 hip replacements as soon as possible.  Adam currently lives in Thailand and works as a 4th grade teacher.  He cannot use health insurance to help pay for the surgery since it is a pre-diagnosed condition. He is unable to walk or perform simple activities of daily living without immense pain.
