Nero Needs Help!

Early this morning, Nero got out and had an encounter with a porcupine! After some attempts to get the quills out ourselves it proved to be too much for Nero.  We headed down to the 24 hr emergency vet here in Flagstaff and paid $125 just to be told he needed them extracted. The minimum cost for this procedure with sedatives(not anesthesia) is $900. 87.  We are having a hard time this past year with medical issues and costs and Ive been on a leave of absence recently. My LOA provider missed this weeks check so, I dont have anything else to put towards this at the moment. To top it off, my altenator on my vehicle went out on the way to the vet. So, this goal includes potential lyft ride costs as well. Any and all help would be  greatly appreciated. We love our dogs immensely.
