WE WON! Now what?
The Neon Dreamers are a team of 5th Graders from Glenarden Woods Elementary School in Prince George's County, Maryland, who won 2nd Place at the Destination Imagination State Tournament! They are now invited to compete at Global Finals in Knoxville, TN from May 24-27! DI is a team-based STEM problem solving competition. This is an AMAZING, but also very expensive, opportunity.

A lot needs to happen very quickly to make this dream a reality and the team needs your help!

Registration fees must be paid by May 2nd, so time is very short!

The Neon Dreamers are a brand new team of seven 5th graders from Glenarden Woods Elementary School. This is the first year that any of these students have participated in Destination Imagination, and now they are the ONLY first-timers from Prince George’s County to be invited to the Global Finals. In Knoxville, the Neon Dreamers will join 8,000 students, representing 1,400 teams, from around the world!

GOALS:
Our total goal to get to Knoxville next month is $10,000. Donated funds will go towards registration costs (which include housing and food) and transportation costs for the team of 7 students, 2 team managers, and required parent chaperones.
