Surgery for Nelson

So here it goes. My sister has a chocolate lab called Nelson who she of course adores and so does everyone else in the family! He really is an amazing dog and companion to her. She is currently studying at a University to be a preschool teacher, so naturally she doesn't have a lot of money. Today her lovely dog Nelson broke his leg, and they are currently at the vet to undergo surgery. I wish I could help her, but being a student myself I can't afford it either... The vet bill wasn't overly expensive, but A LOT more than she can afford, and I really want to help her, so that's why I am asking for your help! I would greatly appreciate all the help I can get for my sister and Nelson.  Thank you in advance!
