Needed To File Taxes Due To Cancer Treatment

I have had to pay so much money for my treatment and tests ( two different Cancers in two years ) that I cannot afford the amount needed to file my taxes , as I am Self Employed the amount to file is $114 , I will recieve a refund of just over $700 which will be a huge help at this time , but I cant file and to be honest I am ashamed I have come to this point hence the pic of my dog :(
