Need to talk

I had throut and tung cancer   Iv had about six surgerys kemo and radiation that has left me unable to drink or eat. Or speck l have a feeding tube pernemitly installed into my stomic I need an iPad w/an app to write in and it talks for me can not afford one and still have 250tou in doctor bills   Thank you for your help.  God bless
