Need Help with Mazy's Medical Costs

We rescued this beautiful little pup Mazy a week ago and fell in love with her instantly. She has a beautiful little soul that fits right into our family. This super high energy puppy became lethargic and started vomiting so we got her into the vet quickly. Her diagnosis is Parvo and not one but two kinds of worms. 
Fast forward just a couple of days and she's fighting for her life. We have her at home on an IV and meds but she's still lethargic, vomiting, and there have been a couple of time we thought we were losing her. She needs continued vet care to be able to get through this; we can't give up on her now :-(
