Need help for my sister and nephew

Joseph got in a car accident while on spring break in LA. My sister had to fly out from Puerto Rico where she was on vacation at the time . She has been there by his side since the accident with no word on when she might be able to return home and back to work yet . So any contribution would be greatly appreciated . My sister is the type of women that would give u the shirt off her back
