Need 2 new hips !

I was born breech and had my hips pulled from the sockets. I ddnt walk until age 3. For the last 10 yrs i have needed a hip replacement. I have tried other methods of therapy that have bought me time before having surgery. I now have a fracture and a lot of damage to the hip from wear and tear. I have rhematoid arthritis and degenerative joint disease so this surgery is inevitable. I have very bad insurance so in order to get the type of surgeon I need i have to go out of network. I have to pay an out of pocket expense. I have no income at the moment. So i am asking for donations. Any amount will help. Thank you.
