Ritsona Refugee Camp

For my senior project, I volunteered at the Ritsona Refugee Camp in Ritsona, Greece for two weeks. Since 2015, Greece has been a focal geographic point for people fleeing violence in the Middle East and Africa.
At Ritsona, the non-profit I volunteered with runs a small "shop" for the residents where they can browse clothing donations. Because more than 60% of volunteers are women and the media focuses it's efforts on women and children, men's clothing is scarce at the camp shop.
As my senior project comes to a close, my goal is to raise money for the camp shop that will go towards purchasing vital mens clothing items, such as underwear, socks, and shoes.
