NBMAA Upgrade Fund

My name is James Imes III. I am the newly appointed Athletic Director of the N.B. Mills Athletic Association. I have been coaching youth sports in the Statesville area for 7 years now, and it is my passion to teach life lessons to our youth through the medium of sports. The NBMAA is made up of parent volunteers that come together with the common goal of helping our students gain confidence, learn discipline, and become better students and individuals through athletics.
As we continue to do fundraisers to raise money for our program, we would also like to turn to our community for support. We are seeking donations to purchase equipment, such as helmets, shoulder pads, football pants, jerseys, mouthpieces, balls, etc. In particular we really need to upgrade helmets and shoulder pads for this upcoming football season as a safety precaution for our student-athletes. In addition to football our students also participate in basketball, volleyball and cheerleading throughout the school year. We currently don't have any donors for this upcoming season so we have set out raise $5,000 by August 1st to lick things off. Let's show these kids that we care!!! GO HUSKIES!!
