We are the provincial wheelchair curling team for New Brunswick and are raising funds to travel and compete in the 2019 National Wheelchair Curling Championships in Boucherville, QC this spring.
A little about us. We curl out of Thistle St. Andrews Curling Club in Saint John, NB. We are the first team from NB to participate at the Canadian National Wheelchair Curling Championships and have competed at Nationals for 6 consecutive years. Team New Brunswick is; Kayla Todd (Lead), Elaine Mazzerolle (Second), Jon Polley (Vice Skip) and Michael Fitzgerald (Skip)
We are committed to training hard, supporting each other, and maximizing our potential as wheelchair curlers. We also aim to promote awareness and education about the sport. Our goal is to be ambassadors for our province at Atlantic and National competitions.
In order to achieve our goal of participating at Nationals this year we will require financial support to assist with travel and accommodations for our team. We appreciate any support you are able to make.
