NatAttack's New Classroom Fund!

As many of us know, teachers are under appreciated and under paid in this country. They do so much to educate and mold the young minds of our youth and they need our help!
Our dear friend Natalie Corsini just started a new teaching job in a new town. She'll be teaching Special Education for K-3rd grade at Ocean View Elementary in Lucia Mar Unified School District in Arroyo Grande (near San Luis Obispo).
With that being said, Nat was only given a meager budget of $200 for her brand new & empty classroom for the year and she is stressed! This is supposed to cover all basic supplies for students & the classroom (i.e. pencils, notebooks, crayons, markers etc), books, learning tools like manipulatives for learning math, language arts and science, classroom decor, etc.
We are raising money to help fund her classroom! Any amount will help. I plan to either make her the beneficiary on this campaign (once we raise a little bit to surprise her!) OR transfer her the money directly once we hit the goal (or get close). We have known each other for 12+ years and remain close friends.
If you don't feel like donating, Natalie has also created an Amazon Wish List where you can purchase items for her classroom directly! All money raised through this GoFundMe campaign will be used to purchase any remaining items on the wish list at Natalie's discretion and continued costs towards her kids & classroom. Based on the remaining items on her Wish List, the total cost is closer to ~$1,000! School starts on August 16 so let's see how quickly we can raise money & surprise her!
A little more about Natalie... She received her BA from Cal Berkeley, and is finishing her Masters in Education AND Special Education from Dominican University of California (all while teaching full-time!). She's a bay area native, an avid Giants fan, and the most amazing friend anyone could ask for!
