Nami Marie is a Korean Jindo, a survivor of the dog meat trade in S Korea, where the dogs are brutally tortured; boiled alive, skinned alive, nailed to a wall and beaten, limbs chopped off, throat cut, hung all while alive. She was rescued by Nami Kim, savekoreandogs.org, from the butcher in Bucheon S Korea. She came to the US Nov 29. 2016 a scared and traumatized dog, her tail is fractured and her teeth are in bad shape and some are broken, she is slowly learning to trust mans hand and Monday she was diagnosed with heart worms. She doesn't deserve anymore pain, yet dealt another blow in her short life. Heart worm treatment is expensive and paninful, she is in a home with her foster human and they need help financially to pay for the vet and medicine, if treated Nami Marie will make a full recovery and will be able to start to her life over with love and compassion, what every dog deserves.
