Please Help Vincent, again

Vincent is a stray cat who showed up at our house a few weeks ago with mangled hind legs. He could barely walk, and knowing he'd be unable to defend or feed himself outside, we took him in.
Over the next week we contacted all of the no-kill shelters and vet clinics in our area. Due to his injuries none of the shelters were able to take Vincent, but a couple agreed to fund a veterinary visit.
The doctor told us that Vincent had been tortured. She took X-Rays of his rear legs, which showed multiple fractures in both hind legs as well as 30 to 40 bbs in his legs and hips. Also the bottom of Vincent's right foot had been badly burned and has become infected. He is missing two toes and the pads from this foot.
Right now Vincent has splints and soft casts on both rear legs that have to be changed regularly. He is also on antibiotics for his infected right foot. However, this is only a temporary solution for him.
Vincent needs several surgeries to fix his legs. His doctor told us his right foot has sustained too much damage to be able to save and needs to be amputated. His left leg has suffered the worst of the fractures and will need at least one, but possibly multiple surgeries in order for Vincent to regain full use of it.
Unfortunately, we do not have the money to help Vincent, and the shelters are unable to provide any more financial aide. We have given him a good home and are taking care of him the best we can, but we need help.
Vincent is very young and in perfect health other than his hind legs. He's very happy and loving. Someone was cruel to this cat. Please help us give him the chance for a better life.
