Get Ty back on his feet

Two years ago my little brother Ty moved from Perth, Western Australia to Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. Away from all of his family and friends he took a massive leap so he could attend university and have better access to services as he has Cerebral Palsy. He was in share houses and fought and fought to have support and live independently. Through hard work and dedication he has set him self up in a little apartment, and saved his pension to buy himself some furniture, a TV, a laptop to use for uni and life’s little necessities.
On Tuesday the 15th of September 2015, that was taken away from him. Ty lost everything in a house fire that was caused by a small heater in his room. It set his bed alight and tore through his house. Luckily he managed to get out and is safe.
He has some great friends over there helping him with getting furniture and getting him a new house, however he lost his wheelchair in the fire and suffers from severe back pain if he is on his feet to long, as standing and walking is quite the task for him with his Cerebral Palsy. So here we are, asking for support to get Ty back on his feet.... or should I say, back in his chair. With $2,000 we can get him a lightweight motorized chair. And with the excess, if we are lucky enough to reach our goal, we can help him get a new laptop to help him continue with his studies at university. As sadly he lost his laptop in the fire as well. Any help is appreciated, and all kind words of support will be worth their weight in gold.
