Buena Regional Middle School Sports

Dear parent, family, friends, and community members,
The Buena Regional Middle School Booster Club is a volunteer organization that was created at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year when middle school sports were cut from the budget. We are a non-profit organization that relies on money earned by our fundraising efforts and generous donations to pay for the fees associated with ALL sports. Our main goal is to raise the funds needed for our students to participate in sports against the schools in neighboring communities.
Because we are responsible for 100% for all costs, we need to raise approximately $15,000 yearly to maintain the sports that are already in place, as well as hopefully adding new sports to the program in the years to follow. All of the money we raise goes directly to our students.
We recently hosted an amazing comedy show that is our largest fundraiser of the year. Unfortunately, Mother Nature was not on our side. The snow killed our amazing show, profit wise. We, as of right now, are short on funds by about 2,500 in order to get baseball and softball started. FOR NEXT MONTH
For the kids, please, send us a donation our way. These years in middle school are kids formative years. They can really choose to get into trouble, but keeping our kids involved in sports keeps them busy, teaches accountability, also keeps their grades up in order to be eligible. Please help us help our kids. We need the help badly.
