My Story
I am Giordano Scarano, a teenage violinist who has been accepted into the Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artist's Orchestra for the 2017 Season! I have been playing my instrument for a decade and prepared over several months for my audition into this prestigious institution. In fact, the Tanglewood Program is considered to be one of the most renowned youth music programs in the U.S.
Program Costs
Unfortunately, with the acceptance of my admission, I must also accept large tuition fees - the first two-week concert session (which I plan to attend) costs $3,150. I am quite determined to participate in this program and hope that financial aid will make it possible. Whether $1 or $100, I would consider any contribution extremely generous. To emphasize, this opportunity is quite unique even for well-trained, ambitious musicians. Your donations are invaluable to me.
