My puppy kona

 
I’m devastated that I have to write this but My puppy Kona needs your help. I recused him on December 25 and words can’t describe how much I love this dog and the joy he brings to my family’s life.

On Valentine's Day my girlfriend and I decided to take him to the beach. While we let him out for some fresh air a truck hit him causing brain swelling, a fractured nose, and lungs filled with blood.

At first the vet thought he wasn't going to make it, but Kona has been battling for his life the past 24 hours. He is currently stable but is in desperate need of a surgery to reconstruct his nasal cavity so he's not permanently damaged. He's been referred to UC Davis and the surgery is going to be very expensive. I wouldn't ask for help if it was not needed. Kona has been fight so hard and as his parent I don't want an expensive surgery to be the reason he does not make it. I would greatly appreciate any help you guys are able to provide to help get Kona back to his playful self. Thank you so much.
