My husband's kidney transplant

My name is Lorna Castro Arganda an overseas filipino worker based in Dubai and recently moved to US. Im appealing for your help for my husband's kidney transplant.
Richard was diagnosed with CKD about a year ago. Eventhough he changed his diet and worked hard to make postive life choices. Richard has been doing dialysis 3x a week since May 2017. Since there is no treatment or cure for kidney disease, Richard has only two options: get a kidney transplant or spend the rest of his life on dialysis. Last Thursday, Oct 18, 2018 he had his seizure and this agonized the distance between us. We are trying our best to raise funds on our own but it feels futile at times and i know the urgency that we should address this now ao he is still strong and capable of the operations. Richard is a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He works with children with autism in dubai.
As Richard's wife, i choose to remain positive about his health challenges now and in the future. We have surrounded with a very great support group amongst our family and friends. Needless to say, your help and support is greatly appreciated during this tough time for me and my family. Any financial assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated more than we can adequately put into words.
