My Fathers Fight with Cancer

I'm not one to reach out for help, but the situation me and my father are currently in is extremely tough, we live in Vermont where i care for my father a U.S Navy Veteran who has been sick for sometime now with Emphysema, COPD and just recently diagnosed with lung cancer! transportation to get him to medical appointments is hard at times. I'm reaching out to anyone who can possibly help. my goal is to obtain a Reliable vehicle to get him to and from his Medical appointments which are about a 45 min drive from our residence, and as for myself i would have reliable transportation to work full time. living in Vermont with out a vehicle is extremely difficult . i'm reaching out to friends and to whomever can help out in this trying situation.  anything would help! and thank you in advance.
