My Father John Vollmar's Funeral

John Vollmar past away on Saturday night April 29th 2017.
He was a very loving father and charitable friend to many all over the country.
Dad was born in upstate New York in Booneville in November 1940. He grew up as a teen in Chicago. He went into military service with the US navy and transfered to the US Marine Corp doing his service from 1958 to 1962 and was honorably discharged.
He was a very talented person who loved the arts. He was an expert dancer. He was skilled in gourmet cuisine.
He was always a man who fought for those who could not defend themselves. He had the true spirit of a Marine. He still is a Marine.
I am requesting any help from those who would feel in their hearts to give for our funeral expenses. We will need the funds as soon as possible to pay any necessary expenses for casket and burial. We will also be using the funds for any necessary travel expenses.
I, Joseph Vollmar, am going to take responsibility for the funds and distribute them to the proper funeral home. We still need to decide which home to inter his body.
