my family's house burnt

my father his girlfriend and my 2 brothers house burnt down yesterday Saturday April 22,2017 at 5 pm in newboston Ohio off Ohio ave. in scioto county and they lost everything from their home to clothes personal items and etc... Anything anyone can help with would greatfully appreciated and the a,punt that's listed is just an estimated amount so anything will help my parents are deaf and it was the worst experience they have ever been thru they are staying at a motel in Portsmouth Ohio and only have a 5 day stay that the Red Cross paid for but after that 5 days they don't know know where to start or end please please anyone or anybody anything will help
