My Dream of Becoming a Music Practitioner
Music has been central to my life since I was a very young child.
I feel as if I have been put on this earth to help people through music.
I use my violin as an extension of the light within myself to allow people to experience the light within themselves.
To be a Music Practitioner would allow me enter hospital and clinical settings to play music for very sick and terminally ill patients as they heal or are transitioning. Playing music for people as they transition out of this earthly plane creates a nurturing environment of compassion and love that can decrease pain, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, stabilize heart rate, and more.
The Music for Healing and Transition Program, Inc. (MHTP) trains and certifies musicians in the art and science of providing therapeutic music for body, mind, and spirit.
I am applying for scholarships to this program and am looking for support from you; my community of friends, family and fellow musicians.
The funds I am seeking to raise, will cover the cost of the program and materials that I will need to complete the course work.
For more information about the program, you can check out their website:

No donation is too small, your support in me seeking this training is by extension, helping to support the sick people I will have the honor to work with.
Sending peace and love to you all.
Thank you,
Marian
