URGENT: My dog needs surgery

Friday night 12/2 I noticed my dogs belly real big so I took her to the vet and they did x -rays and blood work and said that it was something called pyometra. I was told without surgery she will die. Never heard of this before.  I had funds to take  her to the vet, get the x-rays and her blood drawn and stools checked but I don't have the money for the surgery, I need help.

  I have never asked for help ever, this is the first because I am desperate at this point.  I can't sit here and watch her suffer/die.....Please if you can donate something, anything,  I would really appreciate it. This would mean the world to Bella, she is only 2 years old.  I am terrified. I can not lose her and I don't want to put her down when I could possibly save her.   She is the sweetest dog ever,  such a little angel who does not deserve to be going through this.... Please help save her and share widely. Thank you so much in advance.

I did upload the bill they gave on 12/6 $1245.73 which is what the surgery costs.
