My daughter needs surgery on her vocal cords

My daughter has nodules (not sure what they are really called) all over her vocal cords and throat which could cause her to stop breathing at anytime.  We are trying to raise the money for gas to get to salt lake city to primary children's hospital and a hotel room for the night before.  Please anything helps she has to have this done on the 29th of March. So please anything helps.
