My Dad's flight for my graduation

Hey there!
My name is Hanna de Haan and I am a student at the University of Portland in Oregon.
I am from Germany and I will graduate in May 2017.
My family does not have much money to come over here all the way from Germany to come to my graduation and this is why I need help.
Also, my parents have never been on a vacation before and they have never been on a plane before either, so this would be their first time. Exciting right?
Furthermore, I am the first one in our whole family that went to college and is able to pursue a Bachelor's degree, which means the world to me and my family because that would mean a better life for all of us.
It would absolutely mean the world to me and my parents if they are going to be able to come to my graduation next year!
The money I am going to raise will be going towards my dad's flight ticket and hotel costs, because my school is able to pay partially for the flight ticket of my mom!!
Unfortunately, I am not able to save the money myself because I am not allowed to work in the United States, and that is why I am asking for help. This is not something that I would usually do because I feel ashamed asking for money, but it is just so important for me that my parents who raised me to the person I am today, will be at one of the most important events in my life!
