My brother michael needs assistance

My brother has been diagnosed with acute autoimmune encephalitis. It is a condition that induces the body to attack the brain and causes inflammation. He has been in the hospital since the 3rd of september. He is currently admitted in the Philippines (Philippine Childrens Medical Center Hospital) where medical insurance barely exist. He’s gone through rigorous exams and about to start a treatment that would cost 350$ a day for an extended period of time! I would like to ask for your assistance. Michael turned 14 at the hospital a couple of weeks ago and before he had this condition, was aspiring to be a chef or a US Navy sailor like me and my younger sister Beatrice. I know that he still has a bright future. My family would like to extend our thanks for any support that you can provide.
