My baby is going to die..

The literal love of my life is going to die if I cant get him to wpg vet by the end of the day... I don't know all the proper terms but his kidneys need to be flushed and they need to determine the cause . If he dies I have no reason to even bother anymore I need him.please even 5 dollars
