Multiple sclerosis car fund

I was diagnosed in 2014 with relapsing remitting ms. I live alone and my only income is Ssi. I live in a 5th wheel trailer. I am located 9 miles up in the mountains. There is nothing as far as shopping or business. There is no public transportation no ride sharing programs from counties or hospitals. Around 6months ago I had my car engine blow up on me and was forced economically to junk the vehicle . I need reliable transportation to get to buy food , get to neurology appointments my hospital is 40 miles fr home. I also need to get to physical therapy app. Fill prescriptions . I have applied for grants with ms society's foundation and neither organizations will help towards a vehicle. I need urgent help for my cause.
