Help me keep my cats!

So, here's the deal. My mother left me some money in an IRA, and my plan was to use a portion of that money to move into a new apartment.

It turns out, however, that my money managing company puts a hold on any withdrawls, while a client is going through a divorce. My financial advisor told me all it would take to free up the money would be a letter and a couple signatures. Nope! Looks like that money is tied up to the end of the divorce--maybe a year from now.

Meanwhile, I need to move out of the parsonage by March 1. I have a storage unit--so I have a place for my stuff. And I have plenty of good friends, locally--so, I can find a sofa here and an air mattress there to crash on.

But I don't have a place for my cats. And I may lose them.

I've got my eye on several apartments that rent for around $500/month AND allow cats. But I'd need to act this week, and I don't have the funds to do that. I'm hoping to raise $1500--not for me, but so I can keep my cats, Jonsey and Jonah.

I've lost a lot, this year. Can you help me hang on to my cats?
