Hello!

To my family, friends and anyone else reading this, I would first of all like to say thank you for your time and consideration.

My name is Martin Miller.  I’m 25 years old and was born and raised in Minnesota.  I’d like to share with you an idea that I am convinced will transform my generation, the millennials.

Since 2015, I have been developing an idea for an animated superhero show targeted at my generation, but containing ideas relevant to everyone.  It is centered around a young man in desperate need of identity and acceptance.  Having grown up fatherless, his fear of rejection is amplified when superpowers manifest after an abnormal thunderstorm.  He then begins a soul search for the truth and reality as he wades through the messages and clutter fed to him by his peers and social media.  Meanwhile, unbeknownst to him, there are forces at work bent on keeping the world in its natural state of disorder, starting with his city.  The hero must face his fear to protect his city, or allow the powers that be to continue having their way with the world.

The most precious thing one can possess is a true concept of reality, for around it, we base our every action and thought.  Daily, we are bombarded with information, much of it false, concerning what truth is and being fed countless conflicting versions of reality.  My vision with this show is to provoke young minds to reconsider their concepts about reality and employ reason to steer through the clutter we are fed daily through our phones and televisions.  My goal is to stimulate the viewer to analyze their own inner pain and preconceptions, thus stimulating them to action to not only transform themselves for the better, but ultimately our society.

As fervent as I am about this project and its relevance to our truth-hungry world, I believe God has called me to pursue this idea on a higher level, and it requires me to move out to Los Angeles.  I have concept photos, a pilot script and a full treatment prepared, ready to pitch the show when the opportunity presents itself.

I am asking if you would be willing to support my project.  My goal is to reach $10,000.  To honor those who donate $100 dollars or more to this project, when it is signed to a network,  I will work your names into the show itself.  Any and all donations are appreciated.

Thank you again for your time, your prayers and your support!
