Get me to Ms. America!

My year as Ms. Michigan State America thus far has been truly life changing.  The work I have done in my community, the people I have met and the impact I have been able to have has been humbling and inspiring.  I want to do more, and I know I can.  As Ms. MI State I have been able to have a voice in my community.  As Ms. America, I will be a force.

But I need to get there.

I am raising money to get to the Ms. America competition in California in seven weeks! I am still in need of travel expenses sponsorship.  

I want to use my title to advocate for animals and children (who wouldn't, right??).  I want to educate about pit bull breed prejudices as well as bullying behavior in elementary kids.  My goal is to write a children's book using pit bulls to teach the origins of bully behavior.  The larger my title, the wider my reach.I want to spread the message of "That which we fear, we must seek to understand.  That everyone is worthy of love".  The platform is called "Compassion Over Reaction".

I have so much I can do to help, but I need YOUR help to do it!
