Sindu's Ethiopian Restaurant Dream-

Sindu Kassia whom we all call Sinadu has a dream to open up a restaurant and name it Bethel Shero. Sindu wants to open a small restaurant and then grow it "step by step". So many of us have loved Sindu's cooking and if she were to open one in America, it would be more popular than Red Rooster!
Sindu started working as a nanny and then began cooking for the children until the guesthouse opened. She then became a full time cook, as well as a caretaker. Sindu took excellent care of families and their children during their stay. She often stayed at the guesthouse for weeks at a time working long hours. Sindu received the "Best Worker" award several times.
Let's do this for Sindu. I have heard so many stories about her kindness and have experienced it myself. I am looking forward to going back to Ethiopia and making a reservation at Bethel Shero!
