Ms. M'S 21st Century Classroom

I am a 17 year veteran master teacherin Halifax. Teaching is my passion! I thrive on being creative and consistently investing in my teaching practices for new and innovative ways to enrich the classroom setting for my students.  I invest a great deal of my personal time and finances to fund my student needs & innovative teaching methods. However, at a certain point my personal finances have a limit. This is where you can help:)  I am hoping to integrate technology into my classroom on a daily basis throughout all subject areas. I would love to have 4 iPads (with protective cases, as I teach the  5, 6 & 7 year olds). This will allow me to integrate wonderful on-line interactive child friendly enriching educational sites such as; Epic, Prodigy, Squiggle Park, Google Classrooms & much more. In my experience, todays learners do not have the proper resources to keep them engaged, especially when it comes to technology.   I recently returned from a Google conference, Teach Today for Tomorrow, and would be thrilled to apply what I have learned over my summer vacation.
