MS gets on my Nerves

In Honor of our best friend and sister Melissa Leonard, we want to raise awareness of this disease. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves. Some symptoms include; weakness, tingling, numbness, and blurred vision. This can completely incapacitate someone's quality of life and limit things they may be able to do. Melissa was diagnosed April 28,2016 at the age of 24. She is a single mother with a full time job and asks for nothing in return. Since a recent trip to Disney World with her daughter she developed severe flare ups that excacerbated her and put her out of work for a while.  Her strength and empowerment have been so inspiring to all of us and we want nothing more to support her throughout this journey. Melissa is asking all proceeds be donated to the National MS Society in hopes to find a cure!! In addition to our beef and beer event we would also ask for small donations of any kind. We appreciate everyone's support and dedication to this cause. We hope to see you at the event as well.
