Pond, our rescued puppy

We rescued Pond from an extremely bad living condition. She was starving, filthy, and kept in a kennel in an unheated area. We were not planning on a puppy anytime soon, but I simply could not leave her in that environment. She is now in our home, but we do not have the means in our budget for any veterinary costs or medications & vaccines. I do not want to give here up, but need help to make it happen.
