Mr. Oliver ~ ESM Branch Chief ~ Going Away Plaque

After 16 years as the Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Branch Chief, Mr. Oliver is moving on. His service to the 25E community goes as far back as the D9 course, standing up the 25E3O course, the Joint Spectrum Manager Course, the Senior Leader Course, and the ACES/JACS course. He has continued to support the warfighter facilitating distance learning opportunities and MTT courses over the years. Mr. Oliver also continues to volunteer his support within the CSRA surrounding communities raising millions of dollars to those less fortunate. 

His service to our country and community is not forgotten and has paved the way for 25E's as well as future Spectrum Managers across all military branches.
