MPS Society - SDIP Group 31

MPS Society is the only national charity in the UK that provides support and expertise to over 1300 members comprising of children, young adults and families who are affected by the ultra-rare MPS diseases. The MPS and related diseases cause progressive physical disability and in many cases severe neurological deterioration. 

I am currently working as an Intern on the Fast Stream Summer Diversity Internship Programme at the Civil Service. As part of the programme, myself and other members of our team are fundraising for charities; MPS Society is one of the charities we have chosen to raise money for.
