Surgery for Blaze❤️

Blaze is my 8 month old German Shepherd. Today he jumped in the air and landed on his back and now has a spiral fracture in his left Fibia and Tibia bones. You ask anyone who has met him, they’ll tell you.. Blaze is the smartest sweetest dog you will ever meet. He’s my therapy dog and my best friend and he’s helped me out of everything I’ve had to deal  with in these last 8 months. He’s literally my blessing. He is in so much pain and if he doesn’t have this surgery he won’t be able to walk, run, go to the bathroom or really even live a normal life for a dog, and we will have to put him down. We have no way to pay for his surgery and any amount would help❤️ Thank you
