Moving Mountains for Mitch

QBE Insurance (WA) and WorkFocus Australia will again be participating in this years Chevron City to Surf to raise funds for the Moving Mountains for Mitch campaign.
QBE Employee, Shannon Cleary’s brother, Mitch Cleary, was a victim of a coward punch attack 5 years ago – an event that changed their lives significantly. Shannon and her family have been fundraising for Mitch’s treatment and rehabilitation costs under the Moving Mountains for Mitch campaign.
Last year, the funds we raised helped to bring Mitch back home from hospital, which was a great achievement by all!
This year we are looking to raise money to help purchase a Mobility Aid to help move Mitch around the house.
Employees from QBE Insurance and WorkFocus Australia will be participating in the 12km Walk together to assist Mitch participate in the event for the second consecutive year.
