Moving expenses. In unsafe situation.

I have been put into a horrible situation with 2 young children and been very let down by the police, real estates. I’ve been living in my lovely house for 12 months. I live across the road from the school I wanted to send my son to.  I am now being forced to move for the safety of mine and my children, as my neighbour is very mentally unstable. He tried to hurt me when my daughter was 6 days old. Which I contacted police about, since then I’ve had constant things happen, but the last straw was when he decided to tell me and my Young children he was going to kill us with a gun, I don’t feel safe, I don’t sleep, if I do I have constant nightmares. I have spent the last 2 days draining all resources thinking someone would help considering the situation. But no one has, I’ve been rejected for bond loans, normal loans, Centrelink and I just don’t know what else to do considering I’ve got until tomorrow to move into a house with camera which was sorted by a company for me! 
If you can spare any money I would be so thankful. I have no savings and if you want to see my account, or any evidence I’m 110% happy to show you so you know I’m not lying. I would never normally ask for help but I don’t know where else to go :(
