Helping Flood Victims in Morocco

In light of the recent tragic climate events that claimed dozens of lives, cost millions of dollars and caused major disturbances to many lives all around southern Morocco, thousands of families have been displaced, and their lives have changed forever. Beyond the struggle to rebuild and hope that these people will someday gain a sense of normalcy in their existence, one thing is clear! Your immediate attention as caring people who want to provide some urgently needed necessities to sustain affected people while going through this natural disaster. The Moroccan government’s response to the disaster has been largely lagging, unresponsive, or overwhelmed to deal with the broad scope of flood victims' miserable situation.
We cannot realistically resolve the entire natural tragedy, but our efforts, regardless of how small, will be significantly symbolic small in comparison to the terrific damage caused by flash floods in an area that spans over hundreds of miles.
