Montecito Union School Fund

Montecito Union School has been temporarily closed due to the devastaing mudslides that occurred in our community last week. Thanks to our amazing MUS staff, we have an alternate campus at Santa Barbara City College and the kids will be returning to school this week!
The bad news is that we are not able to get back to the school to get any supplies for the classrooms. We are in need of pencils, notebooks, art supplies, and most importantly, books! And we need them quickly . We are also working on securing safe transportation so those staff members who are stuck south of the 101 closure can return to school to be there for their kids. Additionally, we are looking to print special t-shirts for our kids and staff members to raise morale as we return to school. All of the money raised by this campaign will go directly to the school's admin team, who will use the funds for these pursuits. My husband is the Superintendent of the Montecito Union School, so you can be assured all of the funds will go to the most pressing needs.
Montecito is a special place that has experienced great loss recently. MUS is a beacon of hope for our families right now- a way to return to a more normal way of life and give our kids routine that they have been missing. So many of you have asked how you can help us- and your support has been so incredibly needed during this last week. Thank you for considering a donation to help us get our new MUS:SBCC campus off the ground. We are all standing together- We're a wonderful school!
