Monique's Miss Earth 2018 Charity

Hi everyone!

My name is Monique Shippen from Sydney, Australia.
This year I have had the privilege of being chosen as a National Finalist for Miss Earth Australia 2018, a pageant dedicated to conserving our Mother Earth and helping those in need.

As a National Finalist , I am raising money for a wonderful charity, GREENING AUSTRALIA. I support their vision of healthy, productive landscapes where people and nature thrive. Their hundreds of projects demonstrate conservation on a massive scale, covering millions of hectares of land and protecting thousands of native species.

From the warm waters of the Great Barrier Reef to the cool island ark of Tasmania, they are tackling the challenges facing Australia’s unique and diverse landscapes in ways that work for communities, economies and nature.
