Family w/3 children facing eviction

Hello to all the angels who can help us in our desperate time of need...we are the Anderson family with 3 little children ages 3, 5 & 6. We are in desperate need of some financial assistance from anyone who can bless us during this tough time with the money to pay our rent as we are facing eviction in 3 days because we just received a 3 day notice for the rent. We currently owe $7,375.00 in back rent and are unable to get caught up with this balance.
Daddy was recently blessed with a job that he just started this week and we are so grateful.  
I am unable to work and have been in the disability process for 3 years now. I have a rare genetic blood disorder that causes chronic DVT/blood clots that make it hard for me to walk or move most days. I have had 7 surgeries on my legs so far to try and remove some of the blood clots that block the blood flow to my legs; however, I still have and continue to get multiple blood clots all the time. During the 7th surgery, they also placed a filter that will hopefully help protect me from the clots that could travel to my heart, lungs or brain, and they put stents in both legs to try and help with blood flow. The surgeries on my legs also caused severe nerve damage resulting in a life-long issue with neuropathy too. I also have a permanently fractured ankle from a previous injury. I had one surgery on my ankle and was told that it can't be completely fixed. I've had several consultations to try and repair my ankle with all the doctors stating that they don't believe its worth a surgery because it wouldn't give me any improvement due to the location of the fractured bone and the surgery also puts me at even higher risk with my blood clot issues. 
We are praying for help to avoid eviction and becoming homeless with our children.
