Mom's breast cancer reconstruction

In June my mom,  Chantel Humpherys, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Our health insurance covered most of her chemo treatments but will only cover half of her mastectomy and reconstruction. Any help with the medical expenses is welcome and appreciated.
