Black mold destroyed my life

Donation protected
I was rushed to the hospital, unable to breathe on 9/2/18 and admitted to ICU. I had to sign paperwork saying that they could intubate me because they were afraid that my oxygen levels would fall and I would become incoherent. I was in ICU for 5 days and in the hospital for 7. Unable to talk, I texted my mom. She’s 80, on oxygen, and lives with me. I asked her to call my landlord and have her send someone out to look for mold. She sent someone the next day and he said, “it’s black and slimy under her bathroom and bedroom.” The next day he shows up with kitty litter and a box fan. The following day he sprayed something under the crawl space. I sent my mom to stay with my cousin because I didn’t feel she was safe and I couldn’t care for her while I was in the hospital. I was released on 9/9/18 and paid for an air quality check to be done on the 12th. The results showed Stachybotrys (toxic black mold) as well as other molds were found inside my house. My landlord has refused to call a remediation company and has told me to “get out.” Mind you I have rented that same house from her for over 20 years and never been late on the rent! I don’t have the funds for remediation because I’ve had to pay all of the bills for a house I can’t live in as well as a place to stay separately for me and my mother. Not to mention the $580 for the air quality testing. At this point my 80 year old mother and I are homeless and have very few clothes that were dry cleaned. I don’t know what is going to be thrown away and what can be cleaned. I won’t know until the remediation. I’m estimating the remediation and removal will cost somewhere around $5,000-7,000. I can’t get my belongings out because 1) it will transport the spores, 2) put me back in ICU. I’ve called just about every attorney in the state and they aren’t returning my calls. I’m lost. I’ve have always been stable and provided for others. I hate asking for help but I don’t know what else to do. Advice and/or donations appreciated.
