Moke Grimley Cup 2019

Over a year ago now we lost a husband, friend,father and football fan for us all in Moke Grimley!
In his memory and honour we've set an annual charity game to be held with his two boys Sam and Joe as captains! Each year they will select a squad to go head to head and battle it out for the Moke Grimley Cup!
Each year a chosen charity will be selected by the Grimleys to raise money for!
This year is Meningitis Now (formally Meningitis trust) a charity which I know is close to their heart, the players will be donating to play and I know a few others that can’t make it have expressed interest in donating so set this page up for anyone to easily donate, we’ve set a target for £500 so let’s see if we can go able and beyond!
Many of us have grown up with Moke normally cheering his lads on in any weather any location (most the time with an excuse to get a Guinness in hand)
He loves the social side of the game also and has installed those traits in us all, so he would love nothing more then us getting together having a game of footy and a few beers after!
This game will continue for many years to come but being the first one and the squads looking very competitive and still young(ish) it should make for a decent game!
Would love to see a few old and new faces there watching the game, donating then joining us for one/34 beers after!
I know Moke will be looking down cheering us all on!
