Modular Home, Office & Garden Buildings Start Up

Hi, due to increasing housing / renting pricing, demand & shortage on space - I'm looking to start a company making modular style offices, annex buildings, garden room & eventually complete homes that will benefit all communities. I'm starting this GoFund me to build the first prototype over the next 6-12 months - once complete it act as a marketing tool for our further projects.  I'm a fabricator welder with design background. We will offer entertainment, retail & restaurant units from a up cycled framework product that will benefit other start up companies with affordable premises. In the future, we hope to have a board range of sizes and designs which will have great opportunities to provide emergency accommodation for many in crisis. Discounts will be offered to any donors.
